The ink was barely dry on my National Mistake Day post when I discovered that we have a National Taco Day. And it’s today. For a mere two more hours anyway.
Prince Charming is at his mother’s house tonight and the Princess is asleep so I am guessing NO TACOS for us. Fuck.
The easiest meal in the whole world to prepare and I missed the big hoopla. Maybe next year.

Also, every day is beer day.
We try to do a Taco Tuesday at least once a month. Mmmm. I wanna move in with Kelly.. beer day every day? Sign me UP.
You can certainly have a taco party on your own. I’ve done it. It’s quite filling.

My children would like every day to be taco day. We had our own fiesta last night, but didn’t acknowledge the holiday. It’s on the calendar for next year.
